Matthew has over 20 years’ experience in management, sales, customer service, logistics, and procurement roles at both MNCs and SMEs in Singapore and abroad. From the basics of freight forwarding, to the intricate details of operating a Licensed Warehouse (bonded facility). Including air & sea freight, trucking logistics and warehousing inventory management. Within the last decade, he has taken on various leadership and management roles.A Co-founder at ABV Logistics, Matthew brings with him wide ranging expertise, as his responsibilities at the company include business management, business development and client relationships. He also has oversight on the company’s finance matters, human resources and other compliances.

Gerald comes with more than 18 years’ experience and knowledge in the logistics industry. He has managed logistics for FMCG clients, and then moved on to head Oil & Gas warehousing. Having qualified in almost all relevant certifications covering a wide spectrum of logistical, safety and security related matters, Gerald is best suited to head the day-to-day operations at ABV, and make sure all our clients’ goods and interests are well taken care of.He also has a knack for dealing with the various authorities and governing bodies, while skillfully navigating the paperwork and “red tape” involved.

Rosie started her logistics career with the Republic of Singapore Navy. Then to commercial warehousing and managing the trading activities for an importer, distributor and retailer of wines & spirits. She is a certified ‘Permit Declarant’ with Singapore Customs, specializing in dutiable goods. She also has prior experience in application and setting up a Licensed Warehouse premisesThese skill sets make her extremely qualified to be the Compliance Manager at ABV, dealing with all manner of licensing conditions stipulated by the authorities. An integral member of the management team at ABV, Rosie’s portfolio of responsibilities cover operational & compliance management, and managing the Customer Service team.
